Parenthood deepened her practice as she sought tools to ease anxiety and meet daily challenges with compassion. Today, Sue offers warm, accessible guidance to help others cultivate self-compassion and calm through mindfulness. She is the author of Meeting the Moment with Kindness (2023, Mantra Books) and co-founded the Fort Collins Mountain Sangha with her husband, where she teaches Insight Meditation.
